WHERE CAN I SEE MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?
You can find everything regarding your subscription following these steps:
1. In the upper right hand corner of the home page, click the account icon.
2. Log into your account using the email you used to create your subscription.
(Create an account if you don't already have one. Make sure to use the same email you used to sign up for your subscription).
3. Under "Account Details" click the bottom link "Manage Subscriptions"
4. Here you will see your subscription details and upcoming deliveries. You can use this page to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
HOW LONG WILL MY SPEEDIE BEAN LAST?
We recommend finishing off your Speedie in no more than a couple weeks. We make it fresh before every delivery goes out, so you will always start out with a fresh brew. If you think your Speedie doesn't taste right, send us a message and we'll make it right :)
DOES IT HAVE TO STAY IN THE FRIDGE?
Yes! PLEASE keep your Speedie Bean in the fridge! It is meant to be cold and can grow bacteria like any other food if it is left out for any longer than a day! Don't worry about a few hours left out on the counter or outside your door.
WHY IS COLD BREW BETTER THAN HOT COFFEE?
Speedie Bean gets high praise for being the smoothest coffee out there. That is all thanks to our pure filtered cold water brewing process. Hot coffee is great if you are accustomed to its bitterness. While hot water brewing is fast, it extracts many of the harsher elements in the coffee beans. Cold brewing takes up to 24 hours and allows the beans to release only the smooth delicious flavors, leaving the bitterness behind.
More time + cold water = more flavor - bitter taste

CAN I PICK UP MY COFFEE OR IS IT ONLY FOR DELIVERY?
Since we offer free delivery we are always happy to bring it to you! No need for you to leave the house.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY EMPTY GLASS BOTTLE?
We recycle! Hang onto those glass bottles and we will collect them the next time you place an order.
HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN YOUR COFFEE?
We run a number of tests to derive the caffeine concentration from the number of total dissolved solids (TDS) in a serving of our coffee. We have found that our coffee, on average, contains about twice as much caffeine as an ordinary cup of joe. We aim for a TDS of just over 2% which equates to about 210 mg of caffeine per serving. We hope this information is useful and if you have any more questions about caffeine concentration or other health related topics, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our contact page.
HOW MUCH SPEEDIE BEAN SHOULD I POUR MYSELF?
We recommend serving yourself about a half a cup and mixing it with water or a creamer. However, the experienced coffee drinker should try it straight up and enjoy it however they please. Don’t let us tell you how to live your life. Enjoy it.
